		<description><![CDATA[Hello Erol! It really depends on the quantity and how often.  Coconut flour is high in fiber and is better then almond flour as almond flour is high in omega 6. I would recommend staying fairly low for now if you are still trying to drop weight, but make sure to get good fat and if you have carbs, eat the right ones such as coconut flour, sweet potato, yucca, etc. ... all of course after a work out so that your body can burn it for fuel.
