Power Lunch for One?

For those of you on the go, try our Whey Protein Shake with mixed berries.  It’s easy, and it will fill you up enough to get through the day without hitting the infamous wall of “food coma”.

I used our handy-dandy Ninja food processor today, added 1 tbsp of fresh pomegranate seeds (frozen ones are ok too, but will remain a bit seedy) added 1/2 mixed frozen berries, a few ice cubes, 1/2 scoop of Platinum Hyrdo Whey (Vanilla), a little water and milk.  Pulse a couple of times and voila!  

Enjoy your antioxidant punch! This will definitely get me through yoga this afternoon. 🙂

  1. Though culinary punctuation can really slow you down, I think it’s probably a ‘food coma’ that your readers are trying to avoid 🙂
