- 20 Prawns shelled and cleaned
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 ounces Chardonnay
- 1 pinch of sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
Heat (cast iron) skillet to med – high, add prawns, sea salt lightly, crack some fresh black pepper, flip and cook until almost done, then add chardonnay, and simmer for 2 minutes. Plate and add 1 – 2 tbsp of Trader Joe’s Roasted Red Pepper and Artichoke Tapenade on top of prawns.
